My vision is to inspire and empower overweight and obese people over the age of 50 to reclaim their health and vitality through sustainable fat loss practices and healthy and holistic lifestyle choices. I’ve been there, so I understand the unique challenges that come with losing fat while also struggling against age-related decline. I am dedicated to helping you overcome these obstacles with personalized support and guidance.

My mission is to create a safe space where a person can feel seen, heard, loved and supported throughout their journey to optimal health and beyond. With my general knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and behavior change, my goal is to help you not only lose fat, but also improve your overall health and well-being.

I believe that everyone has the potential to live their best life, regardless of age or current weight, and am committed to helping you achieve this goal. Together, we can transform your body, mind, and spirit, and unlock your full potential for a vibrant, fulfilling, and quite possibly longer life. You ready? Let’s do this together!

What to expect

First thing is that I am going to send you a form to fill out that is an overview of your health history, current and past lifestyle practices, habits etc. 

This information will set the course of our discussion. We will also discuss your goals and expectations, and our expectation from each other.

This initial consultation is really a simple meet and greet held by either zoom meeting or phone. I prefer zoom so we can see each other.
